The Famous Muscat Mile is this weekend! 200m, 400m, 600m 800m and then the mile itself

Muscat Mile Swim race , at Kempinski Hotel Muscat!

This is a reminder of our next weekend Friday 06 April 2018.

You can swim when you want , stop when you want ! There will be a break after each distance ! Then go again for the next ..

Thne finally will be the REAL deal , The Mile = 1600m !

Distances:
1. 200 meters sea swim.
2. 400 meters sea swim.
3. 600 meters sea swim.
4. 800 meters sea swim.
5. 1600 meters sea swim. ( Mile )
Competitors can do any distances they like.
Race starts with the 200 meters, then 400 and so on.

Start time is 07.00 , after the event you are all invited for breakfast at Kempinski hotel .. (thanks!).
