Paddlers - please allow a channel for swimmers in the meet up zone.

Please allow a channel for the swimmers once they have entered the meet up zone.  Decide if you will meet your swimmer to the right or left of that channel. You will have 300m to meet up with your swimmer(s) and if that fails, you will be able to find each other at the  400m buoy.

What could possibly go wrong?!

Event numbers

Please apply your own event number if you wish prior to the event  - using a PERMANENT MARKER !  It will help save time during registration and ensure your number is effectively applied as it's always difficult to write the numbers after sun screen has been used.





Please also know your number to speed registration and to be able to tell our timekeeper in case it's not visible enough.  There will be two table for registration: 1-63 & 64-133.  Your event number is in the link to the right showing the live start list.

A great swim event, 2 T-shirts, 1 large towel and 2 breakfast all for 10 RO is only possible because of the support from our sponsors, providing either money or services.  A lot of the effort in organising the event is spent by committee members in finding and liaising with new and existing sponsors.  It would be a very different event without them.

Request from our time keeper...

Please don't run up the beach at the end.  Your time will be recorded as soon as you reach shore and we can see your number which is harder to identify if you are running.
